Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Rituno and its related services. By installing, purchasing, or using Rituno, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Rituno provides

Rituno provides tools for creating routines, recording completion, making optional mood check-ins and notes, viewing simple patterns, exporting local information, and scheduling optional device reminders. Features, supported devices, and free or paid access may change as the product develops.

3. Personal responsibility

Rituno is a personal organisation and reflection tool. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, or a substitute for professional advice. Use routines and reminders in a way that is safe and appropriate for you.

4. Free access and Rituno Plus

The current free tier allows up to three routines. Rituno Plus allows additional routines while the subscription entitlement is active. Existing routines and local history remain accessible if the subscription ends, but creating another routine may require Plus when you already have three or more.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Native subscriptions are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store’s billing interval, renewal rules, refund process, taxes, terms, and account controls. Prices are shown by the store before purchase. Rituno Plus renews automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store account before renewal.

Deleting Rituno does not cancel a subscription. Restoring a purchase restores eligible store access but does not restore deleted local routines, notes, or history.

6. Local data and exports

You are responsible for your device, exported backups, and any destination where you save or share them. Clearing app data or deleting the app may permanently remove local information. The Privacy Policy explains how Rituno handles information.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Rituno, attempt to bypass purchase or security systems, disrupt services, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Rituno, its software, artwork, name, and original content are owned by or licensed to AzharLabs and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features for legal, technical, security, or product reasons. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of every feature.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rituno is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the app will be error-free or that using it will produce a particular personal, productivity, health, or wellbeing outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AzharLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Rituno. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Rituno or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated. If a material change requires new consent, we will provide an appropriate notice.
