Rituno privacy

Your choices and controls

Practical ways to manage local information, reminders, exported files, purchases, and support data.

Export your information

Use Settings → Export my data to create a JSON backup through your device’s share sheet. The backup can include routines, completion history, mood check-ins, notes, settings, and the export time.

Delete local information

Use Settings → Delete all data to remove Rituno’s local routines, history, notes, and scheduled reminders. You can also clear the app’s storage on Android or delete the app on iOS. Deletion cannot be undone unless you previously exported a backup.

Control reminders

Turn individual routine reminders or the daily check-in reminder off inside Rituno. You can also disable Rituno notifications through iOS or Android Settings.

Control exported files

Rituno cannot delete a backup after you export it to Files, cloud storage, email, or another app. Delete those copies from each destination you selected.

Manage purchases

Manage, cancel, or review Rituno Plus through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that completed the purchase. Deleting Rituno does not cancel a subscription. Restoring a purchase restores eligible store access; it does not restore deleted local routine data.

Rituno accounts

The current app does not require a separate Rituno email and password account. There is therefore no Rituno cloud account to delete. Store-account information is managed by Apple or Google.

Support and privacy requests

To request deletion of information previously sent directly to AzharLabs support, email support@azharlabs.com. Include the email address used for the earlier request and enough context to locate it. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, or payment-card information.
