MotionPlay privacy

Your choices and controls

Practical ways for parents and players to control the camera, local information, exports, support data, and purchases.

Stop camera access

Use MotionPlay’s camera control to stop a movement session. You can also remove camera permission through the device’s iOS or Android Settings. Motion-controlled play will not work while permission is disabled.

Erase local game information

Use the available parent or control settings in MotionPlay to remove profiles or local information where offered. To erase all app-private MotionPlay data, clear the app’s storage on Android or delete and reinstall the app on iOS. This removes local progress and preferences and cannot be undone unless the parent previously created a backup.

Delete optional pilot information

If local pilot tools were enabled, use the parent option to turn off and delete pilot events and observations. Pilot data is not uploaded automatically.

Control exported files

MotionPlay cannot delete a backup or report after a parent exports it to Files, cloud storage, email, or another app. Delete those copies from each chosen destination.

Manage purchases

Manage, cancel, or review a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that completed the purchase. Deleting MotionPlay does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Restoring a purchase restores store entitlement; it does not restore deleted local progress.

MotionPlay accounts

The current native design does not require a separate MotionPlay email/password account for core play. Therefore, there is no separate MotionPlay cloud account to delete. Store-account information is managed by Apple or Google.

Support and privacy requests

To request deletion of information previously sent directly to AzharLabs support, email support@azharlabs.com. Include the email address used for the earlier support request and enough context to locate it. Do not send a child’s full name or camera recording.
