Terms of Use — Deutschland Wissen

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Deutschland Wissen and its related services. By installing, purchasing, or using Deutschland Wissen, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Deutschland Wissen provides

Deutschland Wissen provides study material and practice questions to help you prepare for the German naturalisation test, as well as progress tracking that is stored on your device.

3. Not the official test

Deutschland Wissen is a study aid, not the official test or official guidance. Always use the official citizenship or visa resources from the relevant authority before your test or interview.

4. Free access

The current version of Deutschland Wissen is intended to be available without a subscription for the study content described here. Any future paid tiers will be described in the app.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Native subscriptions or purchases are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's billing interval, renewal rules, refund process, and terms.

6. Local data

You are responsible for your device and any exported backups. Clearing app data or deleting the app may permanently remove local information.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Deutschland Wissen, attempt to bypass purchase or security systems, disrupt services, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Deutschland Wissen, its software, artwork, name, and original content are owned by or licensed to AzharLabs and protected by applicable laws.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, or suspend features for legal, technical, security, or product reasons.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Deutschland Wissen is provided "as is" and "as available".

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AzharLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Deutschland Wissen.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date will be updated.
