A question's answer does not load
All content is bundled, but close and reopen Deutschland Wissen to refresh. Make sure the app is up to date.
My progress disappeared
Deutschland Wissen stores progress on your device. Clearing storage or reinstalling may remove it. Use any in-app export or backup you created.
Restore a purchase
Open Deutschland Wissen's settings and choose Restore Purchases after signing into the same Apple or Google account used to buy.

Deutschland Wissen is a study aid. Always confirm against official guidance for the German naturalisation test.
Export or delete my information
Use the in-app options, or clear the app's storage / delete the app. See Privacy Choices.
