Export your progress
If Deutschland Wissen offers an export option, use it to create a backup through your device's share sheet.
Delete local information
Use the in-app option to reset or delete progress, or clear the app's storage on Android or delete the app on iOS. Deletion cannot be undone unless you previously exported a backup.
Manage purchases
Manage, cancel, or review purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that completed them. Deleting Deutschland Wissen does not cancel a subscription.
No account to delete
The current app does not require a separate Deutschland Wissen account. There is therefore no Deutschland Wissen cloud account to delete.
Support and privacy requests
To request deletion of information previously sent directly to AzharLabs support, email support@azharlabs.com. Include the email address used for the earlier request. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, or payment-card information.
