These Terms govern use of Southern Cross Study and its related services. By installing, purchasing, or using Southern Cross Study, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Southern Cross Study provides
Southern Cross Study provides study material and practice questions to help you prepare for the Australian citizenship test, as well as progress tracking that is stored on your device.
3. Not the official test
Southern Cross Study is a study aid, not the official test or official guidance. Always use the official citizenship or visa resources from the relevant authority before your test or interview.
4. Free access
The current version of Southern Cross Study is intended to be available without a subscription for the study content described here. Any future paid tiers will be described in the app.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Native subscriptions or purchases are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's billing interval, renewal rules, refund process, and terms.
6. Local data
You are responsible for your device and any exported backups. Clearing app data or deleting the app may permanently remove local information.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Southern Cross Study, attempt to bypass purchase or security systems, disrupt services, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Southern Cross Study, its software, artwork, name, and original content are owned by or licensed to AzharLabs and protected by applicable laws.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, or suspend features for legal, technical, security, or product reasons.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Southern Cross Study is provided "as is" and "as available".
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AzharLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Southern Cross Study.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date will be updated.
