1. Who operates Visa Compass

Visa Compass is an AzharLabs product. AzharLabs is currently an independent brand operated by Mohamed Azharudeen. To contact us about privacy, email support@azharlabs.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Visa Compass mobile application for iPhone, iPad, and Android and to the Visa Compass pages on this website.

3. Information stored on your device

Visa Compass may store study progress, completed sections, saved answers, practice history, preferences, and similar information in app-private device storage. Core use does not require your name, email address, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier.

4. Study content

All question and explanation content is bundled into the app so that study works fully offline. Visa Compass does not need to send your progress or answers to an AzharLabs server.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Native purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies and account settings. To confirm an entitlement, Visa Compass may send its verification service limited store transaction information. Your study progress and answers are not included in purchase-verification requests.

6. Support communications

If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, or payment-card details. We use support messages to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

7. Advertising and analytics

The current release does not include third-party advertising or an automatic third-party analytics pipeline. If this changes, the app, store disclosures, and this policy will be updated first.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by Apple, Google, hosting providers, security providers, or support infrastructure as needed to provide purchases, hosting, security, and support. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

9. Retention and deletion

• Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in Visa Compass, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
• Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations.
• Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their policies.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures such as app-private storage, encrypted HTTPS connections for purchase verification, limited request fields, and restricted production credentials.

11. International processing

Store, hosting, and support providers may process limited information in countries other than yours under their terms and applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when Visa Compass, its providers, or legal requirements change.
