Common questions
A paused app did not open properly
Relaunch Samatvam, confirm the app is in your pause list, and check that the required usage-permission is granted in device Settings. Restart the app you are trying to open.
Prayer times or Qibla look wrong
Allow location permission for Samatvam in device Settings and make sure the location shown is correct. Times are calculated on your device from your local coordinates.
How do I remove a pause
Open Samatvam, choose the app you want to unpause, and remove it from the list. The verse will no longer appear before that app.
Does Samatvam need an internet connection
No. Samatvam is fully offline. If you have connection it still works; if you turn on airplane mode it continues to work normally.
Export or delete my information
Samatvam keeps your choices only on your device. Use the in-app settings to clear or reset, or clear the app's storage / delete the app. See Privacy Choices.
