Terms of Use — Maple Path

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Maple Path and its related services. By installing, purchasing, or using Maple Path, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Maple Path provides

Maple Path provides study material and practice questions to help you prepare for the Canadian citizenship test, as well as progress tracking that is stored on your device.

3. Not the official test

Maple Path is a study aid, not the official test or official guidance. Always use the official citizenship or visa resources from the relevant authority before your test or interview.

4. Free access

The current version of Maple Path is intended to be available without a subscription for the study content described here. Any future paid tiers will be described in the app.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Native subscriptions or purchases are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's billing interval, renewal rules, refund process, and terms.

6. Local data

You are responsible for your device and any exported backups. Clearing app data or deleting the app may permanently remove local information.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Maple Path, attempt to bypass purchase or security systems, disrupt services, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Maple Path, its software, artwork, name, and original content are owned by or licensed to AzharLabs and protected by applicable laws.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, or suspend features for legal, technical, security, or product reasons.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Maple Path is provided "as is" and "as available".

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AzharLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Maple Path.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date will be updated.
