Most issues are fixed by updating {name}, allowing the permissions it asks for, and making sure your device is online where required.

Common questions
A question's answer does not load
All content is bundled, but close and reopen Britain Ready to refresh. Make sure the app is up to date.
My progress disappeared
Britain Ready stores progress on your device. Clearing storage or reinstalling may remove it. Use any in-app export or backup you created.
Restore a purchase
Open Britain Ready's settings and choose Restore Purchases after signing into the same Apple or Google account used to buy.
